Please read before booking. By reserving your vehicle you agree to all terms below.

Guest Terms & Conditions

This is a private, exclusive transport service. Your vehicle is reserved for your group only.
No alcohol or illegal drugs are permitted in any vehicle at any time.
Guests are expected to treat the driver and vehicle with respect. Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate termination of service with no refund.
All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times while the vehicle is in motion.
No smoking or vaping inside any vehicle.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their booking period.
The driver reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who appears intoxicated or poses a safety risk.

A $350 deposit is required to confirm and reserve your vehicle.
The remaining balance is due at pickup on the first day of service.
A 10% discount is available for groups who pay the full balance in advance.
Groups of 4 passengers or fewer will be transported in a car-class vehicle.
Pricing is per person for the entire weekend. Day rates are available — contact us for details.
Optional packages (Snack & Beverage, After Party Rides) must be arranged and paid for in advance.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion, minus the deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
If you need to reduce your group size after booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Pricing adjustments are not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to cancel service due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle breakdown, emergency, etc.). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Coachella Festival Transport is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property during transport.
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, festival congestion, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Coachella, Stagecoach, Goldenvoice, or any festival organizer.
By booking, guests acknowledge and accept all risks associated with festival attendance and ground transportation.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the transportation service booked.

This is an exclusive guest service, not a public transportation line. We do not operate shared shuttles or public routes.
Vehicle availability is limited. Booking does not guarantee a specific vehicle model — only the passenger capacity tier booked.
Pickup and drop-off times are coordinated with your driver. We cannot guarantee exact times due to festival traffic conditions.
By completing a booking and paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms on this page.
